Inside Sales Manager


Job Description

  • Understand Certif-ID’s vision, mission, and back end processes
  • Contact prospective clients and build a good rapport
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Create sales pitches using your sales expertise
  • Make daily calls to follow up with all leads
  • Organize and attend client meetings
  • Ensure the onboarding process is completed and contracts are filed
  • Attend and take the lead in pitching at business exhibitions and conduct post-exhibition follow-ups 
  • Keep the management up to date on the future business pipeline 
  • Create sales database and filter data using data validation


  • Proven sales experience
  • Understand the vision and mission of Certif-ID
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
  • Keen eye to detail; commitment to deliver high-quality performance
  • Strong analytical skills and possess excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative nature
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Job Nature : Full Time.
