Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, your job plays a vital role in maintaining good client relationships and building a good brand image by ensuring excellent customer onboarding and service, you will be required to leverage good feedback and upsell Certif-ID

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer onboarding experience
  • Serve as a single point of contact with new clients
  • Conduct institute training, provide the client with an on-boarding check-list, assist them in creating batches and listing courses
  • Coordinating with the back-end team to creating new certificate templates
  • Assist institutes with queries, take feedback and suggestions
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the on-boarding process
  • Measure the time taken to onboard a customer, optimize the process thereafter to increase quality and productivity simultaneously
  • Measure customer health according to excellent/good/bad/poor based on feedback
  • Measure the usage of our platform’s features in order to help bridge product gaps
  • Measure Customer Health through case studies, and referrals

Requirements

  • Prefered experience in the Educational industry
  • Proven track record of being an overachiever
  • Prior experience in CRM Softwares
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation, listening and language skill
