Summary

As a CRM executive, your primary role entails maintaining and updating an accurate database. You would be expected to work closely with the inside sales team and assist in lead generation. Understanding your target audience is a crucial aspect of this role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and generate at a minimum of 1000 leads every week
  • Verify the authenticity of the leads using various tools and software’s
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate database of the verified generated leads
  • Update the database on a daily basis
  • Ensure the data is correctly mapped out in the database
  • Analyse the lead source and engagement thereafter to understand the effectiveness of lead generation channels

Requirements

  • Good command over the English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Preferred prior experience as a database administrator
